Manufacturer Warranty


Devices that are covered by Manufacturer warranty will be repaired according to manufacturer guidelines. Please check with the manufacturer of your device for warranty details.


Out-Of-Warranty Repair


For repairs that are not covered under Manufacturer warranty, quotations will be provided to your email address. A quotation for forward and return shipment of your unit will be first provided. Once the shipping fees are paid, a waybill will be provided to you to ship in your damaged or defective unit.


Segway Authorized Service Centers Warranty


Segway authorized service centers warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service

(1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and
(2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified by Segway authorized service centers.


Refund


All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any service once we have started to repair your device upon receiving payment. Segway Authorized Service Centers reserves the right to offer refunds in select circumstances. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. In all cases, the Analysis/Handling fee is non-refundable.
